About Dr. Michelle M. Harper
Dr. Harper's education includes honor studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Houston College of Optometry. She has been in practice since 1993.
She is a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association, having served as the president of the Wisconsin Optometric Association in 2007.
Dr. Harper purchased Bay Vision Clinic from Dr W.J. Hey in 1999 and acquired Clear View Optical from Mr. Ed Beierlein in 2009.
